Have you changed your mind? You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return the product that does not suit you.
Ideal Nutricare undertakes to concede a Credit (valid for 1 year) or to refund the article provided that it is returned intact in its original packaging , without a usage record and with the original invoice to print.
Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not returned or refunded.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
In case of an error in ordering from us, the return shipping costs of the product not ordered will be refunded in full.
